In what's sure to be a night to remember, a long list of famous faces are set to turn up at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City this evening (May 7).
As for the occasion, the venue will play host to the 2012 Costume Institute Gala Met Ball being co-chaired by actress Carey Mulligan, designer Miuccia Prada, and US Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
Always having a special theme each year, this time around the Met Ball is being held to help launch 2012's major fashion exhibition: Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations.
With live red carpet arrival coverage available to be viewed in the player below, expected attendees include actresses such as Kristen Stewart, Jessica Alba, Gwyneth Paltrow and Emma Stone.
Also on the elite guest list are models like Gisele Bundchen, Heidi Klum and Rosie Huntington Whiteley - who all will be treated to a surely fabulous performance by Azealia Banks.
