[Smells Like News] John Travolta Gets Hit With Second Assault Lawsuit

Just a day after being accused of sexual harassment, John Travolta is now being hit with a second assault lawsuit.

In a report put out by Radar Online on Tuesday (May 8), another male masseur has stepped forward filing a $2 million lawsuit against the "Pulp Fiction" actor who, according to official documents, claims he has "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions."

The new filing, which was placed in the Federal Court in Los Angeles, alleges that while the second victim was working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he did an in-room massage for the 58 year-old actor. According to official paperwork, Travolta was staying on the 15th floor of the upscale resort and was being referred to as Mr. White.

According to the Plaintiff he normally doesn't do in-room massages and asked a fellow co-worker to take the appointment for him however, he declined the opportunity because "Travolta has been banned from a spa that the coworker used to work at in Los Angeles."

Details included in the official documents state that Travolta had "a strange demeanor" about him and had "bloodshot eyes." As the actor got ready for the massage he allegedly "climbed onto the already setup massage table, removed the entire sheet from his body, and claimed the sheets were sticky and could not tolerate the heat."

After removing the sheet, the Plaintiff claims that Travolta indicated that he likes a lot of "Glutes" work." This is the point where the John Doe claims the sexual activity began saying, "While he was massaging near Travolta's buttocks area, Travolta would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his anus."

Both alleged victims are being represented by the same attorney will both also be suing for sexual harassment.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, released this statement in defense of his client: "This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication," it reads. "None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie...On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."
